Your pack shipment

For direct orders
 

1. Please fax or email us with your order information.
2. We will contact you once receive the order information and inform you of the payment procedure.
3. If you do not hear from us within 1 business day, please call us directly to verified order information at +852 8991 0001.

Delivery
 

1. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. 
2. The goods will be dispatched before 1PM the following business day after confirmation and payment clearance.
3. Orders will delivered by SF-Express, and will be charge towards customer and will be collected by SF-express.
4. Additonal surcharge will apply by SF-express for orders outside general commercial and industrial areas.
5. Courier fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. 
6. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 
7. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
8. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
